Welcome to Digitrust 24! Below is our software service policy that governs the use, support, and maintenance of our software products. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. Software: Refers to the software provided by Digitrust 24, including its updates, features, and documentation.
1.2. License: A non-exclusive, non-transferable right granted to the Client to use the Software under the terms outlined herein.
1.3. Support: Assistance provided by Digitrust 24 to the Client for issues arising during the use of the Software.
2. LICENSE GRANT
2.1. Digitrust 24 grants the Client the right to use the Software for business purposes under the terms of this policy.
2.2. The Client may not resell, sublicense, or transfer the Software without prior written consent from Digitrust 24.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
3.1. The total cost of the Software and associated services will be provided upon request or as agreed upon in writing.
3.2. Payment shall be made in the agreed currency and schedule.
3.3. All payments are non-refundable.
4. TERM AND TERMINATION
4.1. This policy remains effective as long as the Client uses the Software or until terminated by either party.
4.2. Either party may terminate the service with 30 days' written notice.
5. SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE
5.1. Technical support is available during business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
5.2. Additional services outside the scope of general support, such as data entry or stock counting, may incur additional fees.
5.3. Clients on their dedicated hosting will receive 6 months of support. Lifetime support is available for clients on our managed hosting servers.
6. WARRANTIES
6.1. Digitrust 24 warrants that the Software will perform substantially as described in its documentation.
6.2. The Software is provided "as is" and may not meet all specific business needs.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. Digitrust 24 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1. All intellectual property rights in the Software belong exclusively to Digitrust 24.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY
9.1. Digitrust 24 and the Client agree to protect any confidential information shared during the service.
10. GOVERNING LAW
10.1. The laws of Ghana govern this policy.
11. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS
11.1. Digitrust 24 reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
12. ENTIRE POLICY
12.1. This policy represents the entire agreement between Digitrust 24 and the Client and supersedes any prior agreements.
