Welcome to Digitrust 24! Below is our website design service policy that governs the creation, delivery, and maintenance of our website design projects. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. Website: Refers to the website designed and developed by Digitrust 24, including its features, design, and structure.
1.2. Client: Refers to the individual or entity purchasing website design services from Digitrust 24.
1.3. Service: Includes the design, development, and delivery of the website, as well as any agreed-upon support and maintenance.

2. SERVICE SCOPE
2.1. Digitrust 24 will design and develop a website based on the Client’s requirements as outlined in the project agreement.
2.2. The scope of work will be defined in writing and may include additional features or services at an extra cost.
2.3. The Client is responsible for providing content, including text, images, and other media unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. PAYMENT TERMS
3.1. The total cost of website design services will be agreed upon before project commencement.
3.2. Payment terms include an initial deposit (percentage specified in the agreement) before work begins, with the balance due upon completion or as per the payment schedule.
3.3. All payments are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

4. PROJECT TIMELINE
4.1. Digitrust 24 will provide an estimated timeline for project completion, subject to the timely provision of content and feedback from the Client.
4.2. Delays caused by the Client, including late content submission or lack of feedback, may result in timeline extensions.

5. SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE
5.1. Technical support is available during business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
5.2. Basic support is provided for 6 months after the website goes live for clients on their hosting.
5.3. Lifetime support is available for clients hosted on Digitrust 24’s managed hosting servers.
5.4. Additional services outside the scope of general support, such as content updates or major redesigns, may incur additional fees.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
6.1. The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving the design and content before the website goes live.
6.2. The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information to facilitate the design process.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. Digitrust 24 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website.
7.2. Digitrust 24 is not responsible for website downtime or issues caused by third-party hosting providers.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1. All intellectual property rights for the website design belong to Digitrust 24 until full payment is made. Upon full payment, rights will be transferred to the Client, except for third-party components or licensed assets.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY
9.1. Both parties agree to protect any confidential information shared during the service.

10. GOVERNING LAW
10.1. The laws of Ghana govern this policy.

11. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS
11.1. Digitrust 24 reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to Clients.

12. ENTIRE POLICY
12.1. This policy represents the entire agreement between Digitrust 24 and the Client and supersedes any prior agreements.
